Connection status stuck on View in ios app

Hi. we've just installed Easyworship 7, and I've been trying to configure the ios app so that I can control the presentation from the front if I need to. It is connecting, but it won't go beyond view mode. I've reinstalled bonjouron the PC as per instructions on Easy Worship website. Is there a setting I've missed?

Make sure that you change the icon from a lock mode to remote mode.
