Is it possible we could get this file for investigation. EasyWorship shouldn't have a problem playing a normal MPG1 file? However it if the encoding is not typical, you may have this issue.

Rodger yes I can send one of the files to you. It is strange some of the files that say they are of type movie clip work
and some don't. But all of the ones that don't work give me the same VMR message. Also if I click on media tab
and right click on one of the video files. Then select edit video properties the start position and end position are both 0
Where would you like me to send one of the files?
Thanks
Bob

rab1423 had this problem because his sound card was disabled. Enabling or installing a sound card fixed this issue. In the future EasyWorship 6 will accommodate the lack of an enabled sound card better.
CmeFlyWP, since you are playing an mp4, make sure you have quicktime player installed. You can get to it through the help menu and clicking install quicktime support.
After installing quicktime, you may need to restart the computers to prevent an error from appearing when opening EasyWorship.
