Reaching out to support. I have a ticket no. 39246 re my problem with EW7 not outputting and locking up from the Edit Options menu when I try to change screen resolution so I won't repeat the details here. Can't access the a/c which generated the ticket no. as my password isn't being recognised and the reset password option is not sending an email.

I'm advised by local support in the UK that I will need you guys to dial in to sort out the issue with our laptop. This is needed for Sunday. You've had the ticket since Sunday so I really need your help URGENTLY please.
